Click Here To View Memorial Video Brent Don Esplin, 52, formerly of Shelley, died June 14, 2013, at Clovis Community Hospital in Clovis, California. He was born June, 24, 1961, at the LDS Hospital in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Don and Lorna Esplin. He grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from Shelley High School in 1979. He spent much of his life farming with his father in the Shelly area and Burley, Idaho area. In 1999 he moved to Fresno, California and began a successful career in professional pest extermination, earning top accolades from his employers. He married Stacy Brown in 1981 and had two children, Jeromy and Thomas Esplin. He and Stacy later divorced. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed household decorating, water skiing, cooking, landscaping, and spending time with his family. Funeral Services and Burial will be in held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, june 29, 2013, at the Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
