Brenda Lee Wood Williams, 65, of Blackfoot, passed away March 4, 2015, at Bingham Memorial Hospital.
Brenda was born August 12, 1949, in American Falls, Idaho, to Jack Wood and Wilma Estella Reece Krumenacker. She grew up and attended schools in Blackfoot and graduated from Blackfoot High School in 1967. She also attended beauty school and earned an Associate Degree from Idaho State University.
On November 3, 1967, she married Kenneth Evans Williams in Blackfoot, Idaho. They were blessed with two children, Ryan and Brandon. Brenda and Kenneth made their home in Springfield, Idaho, where Brenda worked as a beautician and owned a beauty salon. She also worked at EISF for thirteen years from 1994-2007.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed reading, movies, spending time with her family, and playing cards.
Brenda is survived by
son, Brandon (Brandy) Williams of Blackfoot, ID;
son, Ryan (Amanda) Williams of Idaho Falls, ID;
brother, Larry Ellingson of GA;
brother, Rick (Shauna) Krumenacker of American Falls, ID;
brother, David (Jodi) Krumenacker of Blackfoot, ID;
sister, Cindy Krumenacker of Pocatello, ID;
sister, Melody (Lee) Chadwick of Blackfoot, ID;
sister, Merri (Jerry) Nielson of Blackfoot, ID;
grandchildren, Olivia Henderson, Alyssa Williams, K.J. Williams, and Taylor Williams.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Wood, mother, Wilma Estella Krumenacker, and husband, Kenneth Evans Williams.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at Riverside LDS 1st Ward, 7 North 700 West, Blackfoot, with Bishop Bryce Moser officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, in Idaho Falls, and from 10 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. prior to services at the Riverside church. Burial will be in the Springfield-Sterling Cemetery.
