Our beautiful baby boy, Braxton Brent Barrett, born into heaven on March 7, 2018, at 12:07 a.m. Unfortunately, you were not able to join us on this journey we call life. You were too perfect and precious, and knew the world didn’t deserve you. We worked hard every day during the journey of the pregnancy. From not being able to drive in the mountains, to midnight snack runs so momma would be okay. The long, late night conversations gave us a chance to love and bond with you. Braxton, you will never be forgotten, son. Every smile, every laugh, and every memory have a part of you. You are loved beyond measure and will be in our hearts for eternity. Braxton is survived by his mom, Brandee Patterson, dad, Kiegan Barrett, both of Idaho Falls, ID, grandparents, Jennifer and Brian Patterson (maternal), Carrie and Dave Wright (paternal), great grandparents, Frank Patterson (maternal), Mary and Dale Russell, Linda Isaacs, Gregory Barrett, and Carl Wright (paternal), aunts, Brianna and Blythe Patterson and Mikayla Barrett. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Brent Barrett, great grandmother, Trudy Wright, his maternal great grandmothers, Sue Archibald and Laurie Cain, great grandfather, Stan Butler, and great uncle, Jody Butler. A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held in his honor on March 9, 2018, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. There will be a family prayer at 7:15 p.m. Immediately following will be a balloon release to send Braxton our thoughts.
