Branka Hansen

Branka Bozin Hansen, 76, of Idaho Falls, passed away July 8, 2026, at Turtle & Crane Assisted Living.

Branka was born April 28, 1950, in Aranđelovac, Yugoslavia, to Ivan Marinkov and Bosiljka Bozin Marinkov.

On April 30, 1976, she married Eugene Floyd Hansen in Germany. Branka and Eugene made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Branka and her husband owned Interstate Recycling.

She was always willing to help others and had the biggest heart and unconditional love to give. She loved to go shopping and highly enjoyed her coffee order of white caramellow with only one shot. She enjoyed travel, especially to Hawaii. She had great pride in her home country, now Serbia, but followed the love of her life, Eugene, to the United States.

Branka is survived by her son, Goran (Kristy) Hansen of West Jordan, UT; daughter, Susi (Leonard) Widerburg of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Branislav (Snezana) Bozin of Serbia; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Floyd Hansen; son, George Hansen; parents; and sister, Milca Marinkov.
