Brian Brandon Olsen, 37, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 13, 2014, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
He was born November 9, 1976, to Brian Carvel Olsen and Sharlene Barker Olsen in Ogden, Utah. As a young boy, Brandon was always fascinated with cars, jets, boats, and anything that would go fast. He was a skinny little boy that grew into a six foot tall gentle giant.
In 1995, Brandon met Jenny Blosch, beginning a 20 year relationship. They enjoyed many happy times together. In 1999, Brandon and Jen started a family together with the birth of their oldest son, Riley David. Carston Brian was born in 2001, and Madeline Johanna in 2007. They spent hours together just hanging out and being a family. He loved them unconditionally.
Brandon loved dogs and had them throughout his life. His Doberman, Panzer, was his buddy and would wait for him to come home and wrestle.
Brandon was a hard worker, starting in the family business at fourteen and becoming a manager at eighteen, assuming the full responsibility of all the stores in 2010 when his father passed away. He was the proud owner of the local Fiesta Olé restaurants and worked hard to carry on the business his father started.
He is survived by his lifelong love, Jenny Blosch; sons, Riley & Carston; daughter, Maddy, all of Idaho Falls; sisters, Stacey Olsen of North Ogden, UT, Heather Olsen and Linzi Branz of Ogden, UT, Mandy, Sarah and Amber Olsen of Idaho Falls; brothers, Shawn Stanley of Visalia, CA and Bryce (Shannon) Olsen of North Ogden, UT; and grandmother, Geraldine Olsen of North Ogden, UT.
He was preceded in death by his father Brian Olsen, mother Shar Branz, grandfather Gilbert Barker, grandmother Beverly Barker, and grandfather, William Olsen.
