Bradley Kay Mason, 74, of Idaho Falls, passed away April 29, 2014, at his home of natural causes. Brad was born March 30, 1940, in St. Anthony, Idaho, to Richard Matson Mason and Mary Ellen Bush Mason. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. He also attended the University of Idaho. On September 29, 1979, he married Karen Yvonne Hillman in Idaho Falls. Brad and Karen made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Brad worked worked at Mason Office Center as a sales and service technician from 1977 until his retirement in 2008. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed playing the drums, golfing, and camping. He played drums for several area dance bands and jazz combos. Brad is survived by daughter, Kristy Jean (Pat) Cantrell of Boise, ID; son, Curtis Bradley (Karma) Mason of Boise, ID; daughter, Margo Lynn (Darren) Parks of Boise, ID; daughter, Angela Gayle Sheets of Boise, ID; daughter, Wendy (Jeff) Lawrence of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Lorraine Tullis of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Paul (Sandi) Jenkins of Shelley, ID; son, Troy (Cara) Jenkins of Sacramento, CA; son, Tony Jenkins of Boise, ID; brother, David Larry Mason of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, James Rick Mason of Chandler, AZ; 18 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Mason, parents, and a baby brother Richard Jr. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, May 5, 2014, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. The family will visit with friends from 1:00-1:45 pm Monday at prior to services. Burial will be in the Shelley-Hillcrest Cemetery.
