Bradley Warren Abbott

Bradley Warren Abbott, 75, of Iona, passed away September 27, 2026, at his home. He was under the care of Aspen Home Health and Hospice.

Brad was born August 24, 1951, in Hayward, California, to Stephen and Rolaine Lancaster Abbott. He grew up and attended schools in Hayward and graduated from Hayward High School. Afterward, Brad served in the United States Air Force.

On November 27, 1971, he married Bonnie Wright in Hayward. Brad and Bonnie made their home in Iona, Idaho, where Brad worked as a truck driver for multiple companies.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved to ride his motorbike, play his clarinet, and enjoyed photography.

Brad is survived by his wife, Bonnie Abbott of Iona, ID; daughter, Melisa (Roy) Vallez; daughter, Nichole Marie (Patrick) Hess of ID; daughter, Krista Michelle (Jeremy) Pennock of TX; son, Jaum Greenburg of ID; brother, Steven (Joyce) Abbott of WA; brother, Greg Abbott of CA; brother, Ross Abbott of CA; grandson, Jacob Alden Greenburg; granddaughter, Keara Alea Greenburg; granddaughter, Lily Ann Greenburg; grandson, Thomas Wayne Hess; grandson, Alden Patrick Hess; grandson, Jonathan Daniel Pennock; and grandson, Taylor Warren Hess.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Stephen and Rolaine; grandfather, Alden Lancaster; grandmother, Lillian Lancaster; and grandson, Thomas Hess.

Private family services will be held.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Yellowstone DAV Chapter 6.
