Bonnie Jean Waggoner, 61, of Ammon, passed away January 26, 2017, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Bonnie was born May 6, 1955, in Thermopolis, Wyoming, to Paul Marlin Waggoner, Sr. and Doris Gale Short McGary. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. Bonnie made her home in Ammon, Idaho, where in the past, worked at McDonalds. She was a Jehovah’s Witness and was devoted to serving there. She was very kind and helpful to others. She loved being with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She loved cats and playing games. Bonnie is survived by her mother, Doris McGary of Idaho Falls; father, Paul (Karen) Waggoner, Sr. of Idaho Falls; brother, Paul Marlin Waggoner, Jr. of Idaho Falls; brother, Ronald (Wanda) Waggoner of Idaho Falls; brother, George (Jo) Waggoner of Carlin, NV; sister, Kathy Waggoner of Idaho Falls; brother, Steve (Alyssa) Waggoner of Idaho Falls; brother, Jason (Samarra) McGary of Shelley, ID; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, sister, Cindy "Lou" Waggoner, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Celebration of Life will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2017, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. Burial will take place at a future date in Riverview Memorial Gardens in Worland, Wyoming.
