Bobbygene Rigoulot

Click Here To View Memorial Video Bobbygene Potter Rigoulot, 85, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 24, 2014, at Turtle & Crane Assisted Living. She was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice. Bobbygene was born August 1, 1929, in Nampa, Idaho, to John Rowland Potter and Belinda Jane Ellis Potter. She also lived in Blackfoot, Salt Lake City, Ashton, and Arizona, before moving to Idaho Falls in 1932, where she attended school. On May 16, 1946, she married William Francis Rigoulot in Idaho Falls, Idaho. To this union were born six children, Vic, Jim, Jean, Judy, Nancy, and Brenda. Bobbygene and William made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He passed away September 9, 1999. In addition to being a homemaker and mother, Bobbygene worked for potato growers, at the INL site, for School District #91, and at Beauty for All Seasons. She also made Braille books for the blind. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Bobbygene was a member of Eagles #576 for 25 years. She enjoyed music, fishing, camping, and bingo. She square danced for twenty-two years. Bobbygene is survived by son, William Victor "Vic" (Kathy) Rigoulot of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Jimmy Lee (Linda) Rigoulot of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Belinda "Jean" (Kent) Landon of Rigby, ID; daughter, Judy Frances (Brad) Price of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Nancy Faye (Rick) Perry of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Brenda Gail (Dee) Killian of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Stella Peterson of Idaho Falls, ID. 32 grandchildren and 71 great grandchildren and 16 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, five sisters, three brothers, five great grandchildren, and five grandchildren. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 28, 2014, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road, with Wayne Walden officiating. The family will visit with friends from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to the services. Burial will be in Grant-Central Cemetery.
