Click Here To View Memorial Video Robert “Bobby” Tate Ramos Jr., 52, of Rigby, passed away January 6, 2015, at his home. Bobby was born May 5, 1962, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Robert Terrazas Ramos and Bertha Denise Richards Ramos. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls including Bonneville High School. In September, 1988, Bobby married Loura Ward. He had a son, Tyler, from a previous relationship. They were the parents of six children, Heather, Jody, Sierra, Robert, Stefanie, and Dallas. They were later divorced. He had two additional children, Drelyn and Adrian. On January 13, 2006, he married Laura Erickson in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She brought one child to the family from a previous relationship, Jerika. Bobby and Laura made their home in Rigby, Idaho, for the past four years. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed bowling, football, wrestling, rock & roll, camping, fishing at Alturas Lake and Pahsimeroi, and watching Duck Dynasty. His favorite teams were the Idaho Falls Chukars, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Dallas Cowboys. Bobby is survived by his wife, Laura Ramos of Rigby, ID; father, Robert Ramos, Sr. of Idaho Falls, ID; mother, Bertha Ramos of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Tyler Ramos of Rexburg, ID; daughter, Heather N. Ramos of Pocatello, ID; son, Jody R. Ramos of Las Vegas, NV; daughter, Sierra L. Ramos of Pocatello, ID; son, Robert T. Ramos, III of Pocatello, ID; daughter, Stefanie A. Ramos of Pocatello, ID; son, Dallas D.T. Ramos of Pocatello, ID; step-daughter, Jerika Erickson of St. Anthony, ID; son, Drelyn Roker of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Adrian Roker of Idaho Falls, ID; and a grandson, Zander L. Burrup. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clara Ann & Rue Richards, and Virginia & Theodore Ramos. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made for Bobby to Wood Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. The family will visit with friends from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Basalt Cemetery.
