Beverly Jane Rule Walker, 71, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away January 9, 2011, at her home. She was under the care of her loving family and Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
Beverly was born February 12, 1940, in Los Angeles, California, to William Curtis Rule and Marcelle Davis Rule. As a child her family moved to Idaho Falls, where she grew up and attended schools. She graduated from Idaho Falls High School.
On February 7, 1958, she married Burben Burnell Walker at Idaho Falls, Idaho. Beverly was a homemaker and mother and she and Burnell also owned and operated Walker Safety and Signing Company.
Beverly enjoyed her family, especially her grandkids, and loved spending time with them. She loved going to Jackpot, travel, reading, and cruises.
Beverly is survived by
her loving spouse of nearly 54 years, Burnell,
two daughters, Lynn (Dave) Holverson of Hailey, Idaho, and
Teresa (Rodney) Ward of Idaho Falls, Idaho,
two sisters, Joy (Verlin) Stuart of Idaho Falls, and
Marcy (Scott) Bates of Idaho Falls;
9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Linda Boudreau.
Private Family Services will be held at the Ammon Cemetery in Idaho Falls, with Romney Painter officiating.
