Beverly Jacobson

BEVERLY JACOBSON IDAHO FALLS, ID - Beverly Margaret Jacobson, 85, of Longview, Washington, died August 27, 2004, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born January 30, 1919, in Lexington, Washington, to William Emmitt Beck and Thelma Margaret Thompson Beck. She grew up and attended schools in Washington. She served in the U. S. Army during World War II. She married Bernard Allen Jacobson March 5, 1942, in Fort Lewis, Washington. He preceded her in death August 20, 2002. She worked as a Secretary for the Local 536 Wood Workers of America Union until her retirement. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed her family, reading, fishing and gardening. Surviving are: Daughter: Gayle Aten, Portland, OR Son: Gary Jacobson, Puyallup, WA 7 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren Brother: Richard Beck, Kelso, WA No local funeral services are planned.
