BEVERLY BIRD
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Beverly Poulsen Bird, 77, of Idaho
Falls, died December 10, 2004, at Idaho Falls Health & Rehab Center
following a lingering illness.
She was born July 29, 1927, in Lewisville, Idaho, to
Vance Christian Poulsen and Olive Faye Walker Poulsen. She grew up in
Idaho Falls and atttended schools here, graduating from Idaho Falls High
School.
She married Eldon Charles Bird December 7, 1946, in Dillon,
Montana. She was a homemaker and mother and worked for several years as
a bookkeeper for the Bon Marche. Eldon preceded her in death.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. She loved flowers and gardening, quilting, sewing, knitting, and
camping and boating with friends and family.

Sister: Yvonne (Roscoe Bud) McMillan, Portland, OR
Sister: Jone (Larry) Crabtree, Silver Springs, MD
Sister: Derrelie (Julian Tweed) Cottrell, Silver Springs, MD
26 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a granddaughter,
Kailsie Esplin.
Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December
14, 2004, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge, with her son, Torrey
Bird, officiating. The family will visit with friends on Tuesday for one
hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Milo Cemetery under the direction of
Wood Funeral Home.
