BERTHA CORSI
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Bertha Lovina Jones Corsi, 84, of Idaho Falls, died October 4, 2007, at Idaho Falls Health & Rehabilitation. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
She was born March 8, 1923, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Fredrick Charles Mark Jones and Lydia Shurtliff Jones. She attended Lincoln Elementary and Idaho Falls High School.
She married Elmer Corsi June 15, 1949, in Idaho Falls. Their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple September 17, 1977. He preceded her in death in October, 1986. She worked for Utah-Idaho Sugar Factory, Roger Brothers Seed House, and Idaho Potato Growers.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed gardening and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; four brothers, Delbert, Alton, Arthur, and Donald; and three sisters, Hazel, Gwendolyn, and Vivian.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, October 8, 2007 at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue, Idaho Falls with Bishop Willard Berry of the Lincoln LDS 3rd Ward officiating.
The family will visit with friends from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. before services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the Ucon Cemetery.
