BENNIE L. WILSON IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Bennie Lee Wilson, 74, of Idaho Falls, died October 24, 2005 at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He was born May 9, 1931, at Blackfoot, to John George Wilson and Rhoda Walters Wilson. He grew up in the area and attended Blackfoot High School. He served in the U. S. Marines and the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He later served in the Idaho National Guard. He was married to Donna May King. They were later divorced. He worked as a journeyman carpenter in the construction industry. He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and dancing. Survivors are: Companion: Margaret Kirkpatrick, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Vicki (Steve) Lansford, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Debbie (Phil) Christensen Hughes, Seattle, WA Son: Steve (Debra) Mitchell, Seattle, WA Son: David (Reneé) Wilson, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Diane Safford, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Jim (Susan) Wilson, Reno, NV 15 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by four brothers, Cleo Hardcastle, Bobby Wilson, Bud Wilson, and Jack Wilson; three sisters, Auline Roberts, Margaret Jones and Verna Kline; a son, Dennis Wilson and a grandson, Bumby Christensen. Graveside Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 29, 2005, at Fielding Memorial Park. Aarrangements are under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Team.
