BART J. DUENES
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Bart J Duenes, 68, of Idaho Falls, died July 21, 2006 at his home.
He was born December 22, 1937, in Atwood, Colorado, to Felix Duenes and Elena Luna Duenes. He attended schools in Atwood. He moved to Lewisville in 1957 where he worked for Ball Brothers in the potato industry.
He married Adela Galindo August 16, 1976, in Idaho Falls, Idaho and they are the parents of five children. He worked as a cement finisher, a truck driver and owned his own business doing concrete.
He served at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church doing volunteer work.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting and boxing. The family wishes to extend deepest gratitude to Hospice of Eastern Idaho for their loving care of Bart.

Brother: Harry Duenes
Sister: Connie Ochoa, Sterling, CO
Sister: Grace Duenes
and 17 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Leonard Duenes and a sister, Rosie Ochoa.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 24, 2006, at the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, corner of 9th and Lee, with Father Jorge Ramirez officiating.
Prior to services, Rosary Services will be held from 10 to 11:00 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side (963 S. Ammon). The family will visit with friends Sunday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side.
Burial will be in the Annis-Little Butte Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to Hospice of Eastern Idaho, 1810 Moran Street, Idaho Falls, ID 83401.
