Barbara Wulff

Barbara Valentine Wulff, 84, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away June 25, 2017, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Barbara was born February 14, 1933, in San Lorenzo, California, to Arthur Lovell Kirtlan and Alice Maccaskie Hickery Kirtlan. She grew up and attended schools in California and graduated from Hayward High School. She married Roger Plummer. She later married Albert Joseph Wulff on December 2, 1961, in Reno, Nevada. Barbara was a clerical office worker for the City of Oakland, California. She enjoyed gardening and travel. Barbara is survived by her stepdaughter, Barbara Kutterer of McCall, ID. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Albert. A gathering will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, July 8, 2017, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. Burial will be in the Golden Gate National Cemetery in San Bruno, California.
