BARBARA ROBERTS SHELLEY, ID -- Barbara Ann Lang Roberts, 71, of Shelley, passed away October 27, 2008, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born April 7, 1937, in Waterloo, Iowa, to James Lang and Jeanette Lange Lang. She grew up and attended schools in the area. She was a mother and homemaker. She also worked as a truck driver, in sales, and as a seamstress. She was a member of the Lutheran Church. Barbara enjoyed fishing and especially loved spending time with her family. Survivors include: Daughter: Kim Marie Terry, Raceland, LA Daughter: Lori Ann Weltz, Shelley, ID Daughter: Penny Sue Cranford, Houston, TX Son: Brian Timothy Weltz, Oil City, LA Brother: Chris Lockard, Tyler, TX Brother: Paul Lockard, Rodessa, LA Sister: Nicola Smith, Tyler, TX Sister: Dorothy Wallace, Aransas Pass, TX 10 Grandchildren & 6 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Alex Antone WeltzM and a daughter, Tanzy Lynn Hester. An open house for family and friends will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2008, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at 234 East Center in Shelley. ---------------------------------------------
