BARBARA HUDMAN
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Barbara Engert Wenzel Hudman, 68,
a longtime Jackson Hole resident living in Idaho Falls, died November
12, 2004, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
She was born February 9, 1936, at Monticello, New York,
to James Anthony Engert and Ellen I. Hutson Engert. She attended Delaware
Academy in Delhi, New York. Following graduation, she attended the Albany
School of Nursing.
On June 16, 1956, she married Clarence Edward Wenzel
in Delancy, New York, who died in 1993. She was a mother and homemaker
and worked at the Jackson Post Office for several years. During the 1970s
she managed the Circle A Motel across from the Teton Theater. She also
owned and operated Mother Earth & Daughters Floral in Idaho Falls
from 1985 until her illness in the fall of 1994.
She was a member of the B.P.O.E. Does at the Elks Lodge
in Jackson. She enjoyed flowers, classical music, poetry, playing the
piano, knitting, and had a great love for horses. Barbara especially loved
spending time with her family and friends.

Sister: Katherine Engert, Bloomville, NY
Sister: Jean (Robert) Jones, Afton, NY
Three nieces, one nephew, an aunt, Ruth Bolster, Afton, New York, and
several cousins.
8 Grandchildren and a two week old Great Grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Wendell D.
(Wes) Hudman.
Memorial Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November
20, 2004, at the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church, 187 East 13th Street,
Idaho Falls, with Pastor Terry W. Petty officiating.

Home.
