August Gray

AUGUST GRAY IDAHO FALLS, ID -- August Robert Gray, 92, of Idaho Falls, passed away September 11, 2009, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. He had been under the care of Good Samaritan Society Idaho Falls Village. He was born April 29, 1917, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to David Robert Gray and Pauline Vogel Gray. He attended schools in Idaho Falls. He served as a Corporal in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked as a Postman for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed music, Victorian furniture, china, and crystal. Survivors include: Niece: Sherry Lee Steward, Issaqual, WA Niece: Pamela Simmons, Marysville, WA Niece: Barbara Veadon, Seattle, WA He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister. Graveside Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at Rose Hill Cemetery.
