Arlene Hunt

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, Eva Arlene Albertson Hunt, 74, of Roberts, Idaho, passed away January 19, 2011, at Arrowpoint Assisted Living Center in Idaho Falls of natural causes. She was under the care of Aspen Home Health & Hospice. Arlene was born October 18, 1936, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Orville James Albertson and Lucille Marretta Peterson Albertson. She grew up and attended schools in Roberts and graduated from Roberts High School. On February 21, 1955, she married Farrell Ray Hunt in Dingle, Idaho. Their marriage was solemnized February 25, 1956, in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. She was a homemaker and mother and also worked as a Budget Coordinator at the INL. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as a pianist. She was also a member of the Eagles Lodge and was active in the Pinochle Club. Arlene enjoyed music and playing the piano, Bingo, and working on ceramics. She loved bowling, camping and spending time with her family. Arlene is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Farrell, a daughter, Raelene (Barry Burke, fiancee) Hunt of Idaho Falls, ID; three sons, Rodney (Tammy) Ray Hunt of AK, Bruce Lane Hunt of Roberts, ID, Farren J. (Melissa) Hunt of Blackfoot, ID; four brothers, Wesley Albertson of Roberts, ID, Lyle Albertson of Roberts, ID, Rex Albertson of AZ, and Kortney Albertson of Roberts, ID; six sisters, Janice Tychsen of Rexburg, ID, Patty Waters of UT, Cheryl Lloyd of AZ, Judy Campbell of Idaho Falls, Sandi Diamond of UT, and Mechelle Butte of Idaho Falls; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 24, 2011, at the Roberts LDS 2nd Ward, 663 North 2858 East, with Bishop Tim Allen officiating. The family will visit with friends from 6 to 7:30 p.m Sunday at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, and Monday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Burial will be in the Roberts-Market Lake Cemetery.
