Antonia Mary (Hernandez) Calderon

Antoinette Mary “Antonia”  Calderon, 68, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 14, 2020, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Antonia was born December 28, 1951, in Pueblo, Colorado, to Delores  Hernandez and Lupe Hernandez. She grew up and attended schools in Pueblo, Colorado.

In August of 1999, she married Jesus Calderon in Idaho Falls. Antonia and Jesus made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

She was a member of Shiloh Foursquare Church. Antonia enjoyed cooking, art, being outdoors and spending time with her family and pets. She was a beloved mother and wife.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jesus Calderon; daughter, Theresa (Ernesto) Cruz of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Donna (James) Urtado of Denver, CO; daughter, Doreen Romero of Denver, CO; son, Jesus (Tiffany) Calderon of Omaha, NE; son, Mario Calderon of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Santiago Calderon of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Jessie Hernandez of Pueblo, CO; brother, Joseph Hernandez of Pueblo, CO; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sisters, Mary Allen Romero and Nellie Esquibel.

A gathering will be held from 12-2:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2020, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road.
