Click Here To View Memorial Video Alice Jean Tresidder Ziolkowski, 82, of Idaho Falls, passed away January 1, 2015, at her home. She was under the care of Solace Hospice. Alice was born September 13, 1932, in Chicago, Illinois, to Richard J. Tresidder and Florence Dunckley Tresidder. She grew up and attended schools in Chicago and graduated from Maine Township High School in Des Plains, Illinois, in 1953. On February 12, 1955, she married Anthony William Ziolkowski in Barrington, Illinois. They made their home in Mountain View, Missouri, where Alice worked as a care giver for a home health company. Alice made her home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, for the past seven years. Anthony passed away May 26, 2007. She was a member of the Living Church of God. She enjoyed watching television, especially “Criminal Minds” and “Law & Order.” Alice is survived by daughter, Sylvia Annette Smallwood of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Larry Earl (Teresa K.) Ziolkowski of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Bob Crowcroft of OK; sister, Sylvia Annette Efimore of Chicago, IL; sister, Florence Tremmel of Chicago, IL; 10 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son James Howard Anthony Ziolkowski. The family would like to thank Solace Hospice for the loving care given to Alice. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2015, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, with Pastor Winfield officiating. The family will visit with friends from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. prior to services. Burial will be in the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Springville, Missouri, with Pastor Oswald.
