ALICE O. MANNING
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Alice O. Manning, 75, of Idaho Falls, died July 10, 2002, at her home at Fairwinds-Sand Creek Retirement Community.
She was born January 19, 1927 in Tooele, Utah to Moroni Howarth Ostler and Rebecca Petro Atkin Ostler. She grew up in Tooele and attended Tooele High School and later, Brigham Young Unversity.
She married Wallace Spackman Manning April 2, 1947 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They have lived in Idaho Falls for forty-six years. She worked at the Rose Shop, Bennett's Paint and Glass and Chesbro Music Company. She was a homemaker and a member of Credit Women International, Choralaires and the Idaho Falls Music Club. She also sang with the Musical Moms, a women's singing group.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints.
She loved spending time with her family, grandchildren, being involved with music and also traveling and taking rides in the car.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m Monday, July 13, 2002, at the Idaho Falls LDS Crestwood Ward, 2055 Coronado, with Bishop Kipp Manwaring officiating.
The family will visit with friends on Sunday from to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home and for one hour prior to services at the church on Monday.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, Idaho Falls, Idaho.
