Adella (Hull) Kelley

Adella Dee Kelley found peace on August 9, 2025, surrounded by the family that loved her. She was under the exceptionally loving care of The Gables of Ammon and Aspen Hospice.

Adella was born June 1, 1951, in St Louis, MO. Her family then relocated to Riverside, CA, where she was raised. She worked hard to support her children, while always learning and growing. Her dream was to be a nurse, and she made that dream a reality while raising 2 teenagers alone. She received multiple attendance awards from school and work- often going 5 years without missing a day. She loved to travel and had a passion for quilting.

She is preceded in death by the love of her life, Fred “Woody”; her mother; her father; her stepfather; step daughter, Lisa; and sister, Becky.

She is survived by her daughter, Stacy (Josh) Howes; unofficially adopted daughter, Kelly  (Jeremy) Todd, son, Shawn Kelley; stepsons, Jeff and Stephen; and grandchildren, Alexis Kelley, Cameron Wiley, Jaden Howes, Savanah Howes, Halen Howes, and Lyric Howes. She is also survived by the staff and residents at The Gables that she grew to love as family.

Adella will be deeply missed but can rest now in the arms of Jesus.
