Robert Charles Cotten

Robert Charles Cotten, 30, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 8, 2021, at his home.

Robert  was born April 24, 1990, in Lafayette, Indiana, to Joseph Dean Cotten and Selena R. DeAnda Cotten Terrell. He grew up in Indiana and attended Covington Community Schools and graduated with accomplishments and certifications in welding.

Robert worked as a welder for several years, and eventually relocated to Idaho. He was blessed with one daughter, Harper. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially shooting guns, doing archery, and riding 4-wheelers and dirt bikes. He also loved hot rods and working on cars. Most of all, he enjoyed playing with all his nieces and nephews.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Harper Rayne Cotten of Williamsport, IN; father, Joseph Dean Cotten of Idaho Falls, ID; mother, Selena R. DeAnda Cotten Terrell of Covington, IN; sisters, Heather (Fermin) Martinez of Wells, NV, and Amanda M. (Dustin) Kiger of Cates, IN; grandmother, Sandra Kay Cotten Gilley of Crawfordsville, IN, grandfather, Guadalupe Ortegan DeAnda of Menard, TX; and girlfriend, Cheyenne Wood of Idaho Falls, ID.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lois Dee DeAnda; grandfather, Billy Dean Cotten; uncle, James Charles Cotten; and niece, Danielle R. Wadda Martinez.

Private family services will be held.
