MONA QUINN
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Mona Lee Heald Quinn, 58, of Idaho Falls, died October 27, 2009, at her home of cancer. She was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice.
Mona was born April 13, 1951, in Burbank, California, to Ernest Allan Heald and Ruth Shirley Mather Heald. She grew up and attended schools in Valencia, California, and graduated from William S. Hart High School. She moved to Idaho Falls 39 years ago.
Mona married William Ralph Quinn July 15, 2000, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She was the office manager for United Micro Data.
Mona loved jewelry making, painting, going out with friends, and spending time with her grandchildren, Sebastian, Danté, Tyler, and Kennedy.
Survivors include:
Husband: Bill Quinn, Idaho Falls, ID
Daughter: Kristie (Chris) Brown, Sacramento, CA
Son: Eric (Venus) Nielsen, Boise, ID
Sister: Dawn Lerner, Savannah, GA
Sister: Judy Sanson, Las Vegas, NV
4 Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Heald and Ruth Heald Goldsberry.
A Gathering for friends and family will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, October 30, 2009, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge.

She never raised her voice in anger. She had a wonderful sense of humor. A smile that lit up a room. She was a great counter point to Bills somtimes crusty outlook. We are all very fortunate to have known her for the time we did. Please know that we loved her very much. She will be missed.
