JANICE MCLAIN MURRAY
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Janice C. Jensen McLain Murray, 75, of Shelley, passed away November 20, 2008, at her home. She was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho.
She was born March 31, 1933, in Idaho Falls, to Peter Rasmus Jensen and Agnes Mae Miller Jensen. She grew up in the area and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She continued her education at the Business College in Idaho Falls.
On April 7, 1954, she married C. Parley McLain in Idaho Falls. He preceded her in death on March 13, 1992. Their marriage was solemnized in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on April 7, 1993. In September of 1995, she married George B. Murray and he passed away in July of 2003. She was a devoted mother and homemaker and also worked as a telephone operator, at Sears in the catalog department, and as a billing clerk for Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in Relief Society and Primary while attending the 21st Ward and again in Relief Society while attending the Woodville 2nd Ward. She enjoyed doing crafts, quilting, and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her husbands; a son, Chris P. McLain; her parents; 3 sisters; 3 brothers; and 2 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m Tuesday, November 25, 2008, at the Woodville LDS 2nd Ward, 1555 North 700 East in Shelley, with Bishop Clint Wheeler officiating. The family will visit with friends on Monday from 6:30-8 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge, and Tuesday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church.
Burial will be in the Lincoln Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Hospice of Eastern Idaho, 1810 Moran Street, Idaho Falls, ID, 83401.

I was very sorry to read about your mother. I had the opportunity to do her tax returns these past few years and really enjoyed the time I spent with her. She was a sweet lady.
