Floyd Gobert

Florent Joseph “Floyd” Gobert, 46, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 21, 2013, at his home. He was under the care of Hospice of Eastern Idaho. Floyd was born July 14, 1966, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Gerald Gobert and Mildred Taylor Gobert. He lived in Yucca Valley, California, for eight years and Idaho Falls for the last year. On November 25, 1996, he married Deanine Marie Leon in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together they raised their two daughters. He served his country in the United States Army. Floyd was an outdoorsman and enjoyed building furniture. He loved his family dearly and even bought his daughter, Emily, a go-cart. Survivors include his wife: Deanine Marie Gobert of Idaho Falls, ID, Daughter: Sarra Johnson of Yucca Valley, CA, Daughter: Emily Gobert of Idaho Falls, ID, Mother: Mildred Gobert of Idaho Falls, ID Brother: Jerry Gobert, Brother, Vic (Linda) Gobert, Brother, Mel Gobert all of Idaho Falls, ID, Sister: Millie Gonzales of California and Sister: Patricia Rummler of Idaho Falls, ID. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald Gobert. “I’m sorry to say but I won't be on my Facebook for sometime. As of 3 p.m. this afternoon, my beloved husband and father passed away.
