Paula O'Day

Paula Suzanne O'Day passed away with her niece, Stephanie, by her side January 15, 2020, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

She was born May 3, 1955, in Springfield, Missouri, and later graduated from Skyline High School in Idaho Falls.

Paula loved animals, nature, movies, reading, playing cards, and music. She dearly loved her dog, Buddy. Paula had a very vivacious and spunky personality. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her sister, Pamela Taylor of Shelley, Idaho; daughter, Adrienne Kelley of Indianapolis, Indiana; nieces, Stephanie Taylor-Silva of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Shauna Jenks of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida; and granddaughters, Sevayah Kelley-Tharp and Jyllayne Kelley-Parmley, both of Indianapolis, Indiana; and her beloved dog, Buddy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Esther Lorene Leach and John Anderson Leach; and niece, Samantha Rue Taylor.

The family wishes to thank Hands of Hope Home Health and Hospice, Derek Emery, The Gables of Shelley, Heather Winberg, Brooklyn Martinson, Desirae Howell and family, Joyce Cumpton, Idaho Falls EMS, Idaho Falls Police, and IDOC District 7 Probation and Parole officers for their loving care given to Paula.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Paula’s wishes were for her ashes to be scattered in Yellowstone National Park.
