Jack Hugh Faller, 92, of Idaho Falls, passed away January 9, 2020, at The Gables Assisted Living Center of Idaho Falls.
Jack was born February 11, 1927, in Neihart, Montana, to Carl Goodwin Faller and Mary Marie Hayes Faller. He grew up in Neihart, Montana, and attended schools there and in Bozeman.
On March 23, 1948, he married Mary Ardiss Murphy in Neihart, MT. Together they had four children: Jackie, Toni, Scott, and Vicki. Jack and Mary made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Jack worked as an Electrical Engineer for Idaho National Laboratory.
Jack was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved his guns, fishing, and hunting. He also enjoyed fiddling with his Rubik’s Cube.
Jack is survived by his loving wife, Mary; daughters, Vicki (Don) Curran of Idaho Falls, ID, Jackie Birch of Pocatello, ID, and Toni (David) Birch of Bern, ID; son, Scott Faller of Henderson, NV; brother, Bob (Ethel) Faller of Great Falls, MT; 13 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
