Evangeline Soto Corona

Evangeline Soto Corona, the anxiously awaited little one of Jacqueline and Angel, was born among the angels on September 12, 2019.

Evangeline was born sleeping in an angelic praying position late Thursday night at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to loving parents, Angel Soto Gonzales and Jacqueline Corona Guerrero.

Although her wings were ready to fly, her families hearts were not. Evangeline’s time here with her family was very brief, but her spirit and presence will be loved and missed dearly. 

Evangeline is survived by her loving parents, Jacqueline Corona Guerrero and Angel Soto Gonzales; grandparents, Elsa Guerrero and Margarita Soto; grandfathers, Arturo Corona and Benjamin Soto and Arturo Rojo; uncles, Hector Guerrero, Luis Corona, Jordan Corona, Eric Soto, Jonathan Soto, and Oscar Soto; aunts, Brenda Corona, Star Corona, and Jocelyn Soto. 

She was preceded in death by her uncles, Jonathan Arturo Corona and Luis Roberto Corona; great grandfathers, Guadalupe Gonzales and Pablo Guerrero; and great aunt, Ahurora Gonzales. 

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road. Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery.
