Grandma Mae, We love you so much and will miss you. We always loved coming to visit you. The kids loved you candy jar and the gold dollars you always gave them. We know you are in heaven now, with those you love there. Give Dad a big hug for us! Love, Dee, Tammy and children
Gosh, I'll so miss my precious great Aunt Mae. I'm sending prayers and love to some favorite cousins and will bring to the viewing and funeral my husband Terry, my parents Willard & Verda Nelson, my sister Diana & John Gray, and Uncle Emery Nelson.

To Mae's Family:
We want to express our sincere condolences to your family and honor a wonderful person who took care of Shane Escott (my son) when he was 4 to 6 years old. He has fond memories of his days with Mae and some of her friends that visited while he was there. They entertained him with tales of their past and cowboy stories he loved to hear. Mae was very kind and very patient with Shane, giving him lots of attention that he needed while I was working. He was very happy at Mae's and never put up a fuss when I had to leave him every day. He even looked forward to going to "Grandma Mae's." I enjoyed sitting with Mae after work when I picked up Shane. We talked about how their day went and mine also. I remember doing her hair a few times when she needed help. She will be missed but even though her journey here is over, she left many good memories with us.
Sent with love and remembrance, Peggy (Cox) West and Shane Escott.
