GARY R. BALLARD

MAGNA, UT -- Gary Rex Ballard, 62, of Magna, Utah, former Idaho Falls resident, died April 26, 2002 at his home.

He was born on March 13, 1940 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Rex and Bulah Bradshaw Ballard. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls. Following high school he served in the US Air Force for four years.

He married Bonnie Hall on October 31, 1961, in Idaho Falls.

He was a “Jack-of-all-Trades,” including a career in trucking and construction. He resided in Idaho, Utah and Nevada. He loved playing guitar, shooting pool and dancing.

11 Grandchildren, 2 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Trika.

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m., Friday, May 3, 2002, at the Wood Chapel of the Pines.

The family will meet with friends on Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m., at Wood Funeral Home and for one hour prior to services on Friday.
